1.2 All purchases on the Site are contractual agreements between you and us and are subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

1.3 All purchased products are shipped from our European fulfillment center. Please note that the return address differs from our office address. For returns, please follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

1.4 Minimum requirements for using the Website and purchasing include:

• Use of the website solely for personal purposes, not for resale or other commercial use.

3.1.2 Produkte im Abonnement:

• 1 Packung Renoliva (Abonnement-Kurs) – 41,23 €, monatliche Zahlung im Rahmen des Abonnements.
  Die Bedingungen des Abonnements sind ausführlich in Abschnitt 6 dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen beschrieben.

Fuel4gut bietet die Möglichkeit, Rabattgutscheine für bestimmte Einkäufe zu verwenden. Die Bedingungen für die Vergabe von Gutscheinen, einschließlich möglicher Rabattprozentsätze, werden in individuellen Angeboten festgelegt und können Rabatte von 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% oder 50% umfassen. Der Rabatt wird gemäß den von Fuel4gut festgelegten Bedingungen angewendet und hängt von der jeweiligen Situation ab. Alle Rabatte können nach Ermessen von Fuel4gut geändert oder widerrufen werden.

3.3 Alle auf der Website angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise in Euro (EUR) und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.), sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

3.4 Der Gesamtpreis der Bestellung, einschließlich aller Steuern, Versand- und ggf. zusätzlicher Kosten, wird dem Kunden vor Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs deutlich angezeigt.

3.5 Für Lieferungen innerhalb der Europäischen Union gilt die Mehrwertsteuer desjenigen EU-Mitgliedstaates, in den die Ware geliefert wird, gemäß den geltenden umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Vorschriften (One-Stop-Shop-Regelung, OSS).

3.6 Im Falle von Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern oder Gebühren anfallen, die vom Kunden zu tragen sind.

3.7 Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für zusätzliche Gebühren, die von lokalen Behörden oder Zollämtern erhoben werden, wie etwa Einfuhrzölle oder MwSt. – diese sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

3.8 Akzeptierte Zahlungsmethoden sind gängige Kreditkarten, PayPal und andere elektronische Optionen. Bargeld oder Schecks werden nicht akzeptiert.

3.9 Wir haften nicht für etwaige Währungsumrechnungsgebühren oder internationale Transaktionsgebühren, die von Ihrer Bank oder Ihrem Zahlungsdienstleister erhoben werden.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1–2 Werktagen bearbeitet. Die Lieferung innerhalb Europas dauert in der Regel 3-5 Werktage.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1.3 Laufzeit und Kündigung: Das Abonnement läuft auf unbestimmte Zeit und kann jederzeit gekündigt werden.

6.1.4 Payment Information: By submitting your payment information and completing your purchase, you authorize us to debit your account on a regular basis in accordance with your selected plan.

6.1.5 Delivery: Products will be delivered monthly to your specified address. Shipping costs are included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated. If a change to the delivery address is necessary, the customer is obligated to contact customer service. The address change will only be processed after confirmation by customer service, provided the change request is received before the product is shipped.
